A Rate was made for the Relief of the Poor at Tenpence in
the Pound being the Second Taxation for the Year 1769.
Ordered That the Clerks Do Prepare a Case for Counsels opinion
relative to the Charging Mr Kyneston the present Impropriator
to the Poors Rate for the Tithes he receives within the Parish and
that the same with Counsels opinion thereon be produced to the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor before the making the next Rate.
