The Vestry this day took into Consideracon the matter of the
Appeal lately brought by Thomas Munday< no role >
an Inhabitant of
the said Parish touching his being over rated in the fourth Taxn
1766 When after hearing a state of the Case read by the Clerk on
behalf of the Parish relative to the Matter in dispute The Vestry
ordered the Clerk to make a farther Defence to the Said appeal
in Case Mr Munday shod. think fit to proceed to a hearing of the
Marite which he afterwards desisted from and Submitted to pay
the Rate appealed against and his other Rates in arrear.
