It is ordered and Agreed to by the Vestry That the Churchwardens
and overseers of the Poor of this Parish for the Present year 1765
and the several Gentlemen Antiente of the said Parish hereunder
named or any three of such Antients be a Committee to inspect and see
that the several Trades mens Bills and the Goods and Wares from time
to time delivered for the Use and on Account of the Poor of this Parish
are agreeable to their respective Contracts and that such Bills be just
and reasonable And in general to look into the Conduct of the Workhouse
And it is farther ordered and Agreed that such Antients be summoned
by the Parish Beadle that is to say Three at a time by way of Rotation
to meet at the Workhouse of this Parish every Friday at Six o'Clock in
the Evening for the Purposes abovementoned And that every such
Antient so as aforesaid Summoned and not attending shall every time
for such his non attendance forfeit and Pay to the Upper Churchwardn
one Shilling for the Use of the Poor of this Parish Sickness and other
inevitable Accidents excepted
