The Vestry Made a Rate for the Relief of the Poor being the first
Taxation for the year 1762.

The Vestry made the Scavengers Rate at Sixpence in the Pound
Commencing at Lady day 1762 and ending at Lady Day 1763 payable
quarterly

The Vestry father Postponed the Election of a Mistress of the Workhouse
of this Parish and desired Mr Churchwarden to make inquiry after some
proper Person for serving the said office the present Candidates Mrs
Neather Coat and Mrs Grindell being judged by the Vestry persons unfit
for serving the said office.

The Vestry Chose Mr John Barnard< no role > Surgeon and apothecary to take
Care of the Poor of this Parish and to find medicines for them and to
attend the workhouse at all proper and convenient times for that purpose
