Discharge of the said Sum of Three Hundred and Sixty Pounds
who is hereby authorized to receive the sameand to give a Pe [..]
for the same to be repaid out of the said Bell and Burial money
together with legal Interest for the same as soon as sufficient
to the several Persons in proportion to the respective sums but on such of them as
money shall arise for that Purpose out of the said Fund shall require it to by so paid And this
Vestry doth now agree to indemnity the said Mr. Deputy Pycroft
from all loss which he may sustain touching the Premises and
also all such other Person or Persons who shall lend or advance
any money upon the credit of this Order and the Fund hereby established

Agreed and Ordered that Mr. Joseph King< no role > be allowed the sum of
Twenty Five Pounds towards the Expence of pulling down the wall
of the house (damaged by taking down the old Church) in his [..] pation belonging to the freedom part of this Parishwhich Mr.
Francis to& rebuilding the same up again answerable to corresponding
with & to be faced like the Wall at the back of the School room & to
be coped with Stone at the top which Mr. King is to do at his expence
if the Charge exceed the said Sum of Twenty Five Pounds.

Ordered that Mr. James Fisher< no role > 's Clerk John Nix< no role > be given the
Sum of Five Guineas for his Extra ordinary Care and Trouble
about the Affairs of the Parish.

Resolved andAgreed and Ordered that the said Fund herein before
established and the said Bell and Burial money be made liable to
and chargeable with the further Sum of Forty Pounds making
together with the said Three Hundred and Sixty Pounds in the
whole Four Hundred Pounds to be raised by Loans for the Service
of this Parish in which the said Sums of Twenty Five Pounds to
be allowed Mr. King & the said Five Guineas to the said John Nix< no role >
are included.

Mr. Deputy Pycroft acquainted this Vestry That at the
last Meeting of the Trustees for rebuilding the Church The
