Regulations as should appear to them to be proper which
this Vestry upon the Question being put did agree with
said Committee in and Ordered that the same be entred
this book Except the two Plans thereto an next & therein
to which Report is as follows Vizt.

We whose Hands are here unto Set your Committee appointed
the 16th. day of October last to draw up & prepare Rules Ordered
Regulations Concerning the Seating the People in our new Ch [..]
