And to be two Bricks four feet in heighth & a brick & an half thick
from thence to the top In every Rod of which Brick work is to be
used at least Two Hundred of Lime with a proper Quantity of Sand
And also to fix & set up in some proper Place in the said Wall as
shall be directed by this Committee the old Piers which now are in
the Church Yard where on a Gate of the old Church hung in Houndsditch
And likewise to takeup a Drain which now runs from the houses in
Church Row under Ground through the Church Yard into Church
Lane & make another sufficient Drain from the said Houses into
the said Lane ever with the surface of the Ground of the Church Yard
which it shall be drawn & levelled All which the said Mr. Rogers
agrees to do execute & perform for the Sum of £246.0.0
And to have the Materials of the old wall And is not to charge any
thing for the Hole which he dug for the Foundation of the said
Steps But hereby discharges this Parish from the same.

Agreed that Mr. Francis Hill< no role > be employed to make a Machine in the
new Steeple to hoist up the Bells & to line round the Walls of the ringing
Left five feet high & make a Locker therein & set up Benches half
round & also a leaden Sink And also to wainscott round five feet high
the Vistable & paint the same And to make a Stop Ladder in the Steeple
to go up to the Clock & to make Lockers in the robing rooms under the
direction of the Churchwardens.

Agreed that Mr. Joseph Row< no role > be employed to Paint the Galleries of the
new Church with a true wainscott Colour like the Pulpit & number all
the Pews be low in the body of the Church all which he is to do for the
Sum of Three Pounds Ten Shillings.

Desired that the Church Wardens provide brass Columns & brass rods
for the Organ Gallery & Curtains & Curtain rods for the Churchwardens
Pews.
