I am of Opinion that the Church Wardens before these
Alterations ought to apply toy Ordinary for a Faculty
which being granted that will be a Justification of their
proceedings and they may then properly make a Rate to
defray the expence which will be allowed in their
Accounts

It is the Opinion of this Committee that ye. Church Wardens
proceed conformable to the above Opinion of Dor. Strahan

It is the Opinion of this Committee That the Church
Wardens ordered a general Vestry of the whole Parish
of all who pay to the Church & Poor to beproclaimedpublished
in the Tabernacle next Sunday after Morning Service
to meet in the Tabernacle on Wednesday following at
10. of the Clock in the Forenoon precisely in Order to their applying to
the Ordinary for a Faculty for the doing of several
Works & other Things necessary for the new Church &
Church Yard and that a Church Rate may be made
for defraying the expence thereof And that the
respective Beadles leave a proper Sumons before
the said Meeting of the Vestry at the House of every
Inhabitant paying to the Church & Poor of such
Meeting & the Intent thereof

The Church Wardens are desired by the Committee
to prepare a Particular of all such Works & things as
they shall deem necessary with an Estimate of the
Cost thereof to be laid before the said Vestry.
