last Vestry.
This Vestry was acquainted by the Clerk of the
Vestry That in pursuance of an Agreement made
between the Feoffees for letting & setting the Parish
Estates & Mr. Goodwin Blanchard< no role >
at a Meeting of the
Feoffees on Tuesday the 28th. of Febry. last
Leases had
been made of a House in Woolsack Alley
in this ParishWhite Chapple
comonly called the Essex Coffee house
in ye. occupacon of
the Sd. Mr. Blanchard to him the said Mr. Blanchard for a
term of 21. years commencing at Lady day
last with liberty to
leave the same at the end of ye. First 7. or 14. years of the
said term on giving 6. months previous notice under the
yearly rent of 4d. payable quarterly clear of all Taxes & a
Five of £14. on executing ye. Leases and ye. Sd. Leases
being now [..] produced were approved off & ordered to
be executed by the Feoffees.
