at the same time to executed to him a Counterpart thereof
which Lease is to contain the usual Covenants And the
said Committee reported it to be their Opinion to take
such Lease of Mr. Creasey rather than a Lease of the
old Burying Ground in Rosemary Lane And after
debating the same the question was put whether they
should Agree to the said Report when it was carried
in the Affirmative.

Ordered that it be referred to the Church Wardens
of the Parish together with the said Committee
to accept of the said Proposal of Mr. Creasey
& to take a Lease of him of the said Ground
upon the terms in the above Report.

At a Meeting of the Comittee for finding out
a proper peice of Ground for a Burial Ground
for the use of this Parish & to take a Lease of
Mr. Cressey of a Peice of Ground for that
purpose at the P ye Tavern at Aldgate on Monday
Octor. ye. 26th. 1742 .
