but on payment as aforesaid except the Ministers Constables and
Headboroughs belonging to the Parish and that the rest of the Charge
of the Dinner be defrayed by the Church Wardens at the expence of
the Parish and the same to be allowed in their Account.
Ordered and agreed that the Church Wardens do forthwith
make a Demand of the Executors of the late Mr West deceased for
the Berks wherein the Accounts of the Church Wardens are entred
which were in his Custody at the time of his Decease And that if
any Money is due to his Estate from the Parish the same be paid to
the Executors on the delivery of the said Books and to be allowed
in this Accounts
Ordered and agreed that the Committee appointed by an order
of this Vestry of the twelfth day of February one thousand seven
hundred and thirty three
to examined into the State of the Comemoracen
be continued and that the Reverend Mr Kynaston and Mr Daniel
Collcutt< no role >
be added to the said Committee and that they make a strickly [..]
Enquiry and Examination of the same and report the same with their
Opinions to the next Vestry and that any five of the Committee all
being summoned have power to Act
Ordered that the Clerk of the Vestry do from time to time
attend the said Committee
Mr Church Warden Ackland acquainted the Vestry that
he had received Five Letters from the Reverend Mr Kynaston
complaining that some Misapplications had been made of the Money
given for Commemoration Sermous and other Charities and that he
Intended to Petition the Lord Chanceller for a Coancon of Inquiry
[..] Charilable Uses in order to regulate the same
Whereupon It is ordered that the Clerk of the Vestry Do write
[..] the said Mr Kynaston and acquaint him they had appointed him one of
the Committee in order to make a more strict Examination into the
Hallers complained of
