The Last order of Vestry were read and confirmed.

Att this Vestry the Account of the Receipts and Disbursements of
Mr John Blake< no role > and Mr Thomas Barnett< no role > late Renter Church Wardens
of this Parish were audited and approved of and there remains due
from them to the Parish on the Ballance of their said Account the Sume
of One hundred and Sixteen pounds fourteen Shillings and five pence.

Complaint being made to the Vestry that the Inhabitants
were greatly obstructed and annoyed in going out of the Church after
[..] men on Sundays by the Passages being crowded with Beggars.
