John Cooper< no role > maketh oath that about
Eight years ago he rented a house known by the Sign
of the Kings head in the Parish of West Ham in the
County of Essex at the yearly Rent of Thirty Pounds
and during Such his residence thereon which was for
the Space of a year and upwards he was Charged to
and paid Poors Rates for the Same That he has not
Since rented a house Lodging or other Tenement of
the yearly Rent or Value of Ten Pounds or upwards
or Served any Parish office or paid any Poors
Rates or Kings Taxes or done any Act to his
Knowledge or belief to gain a Subsequent Settlement
