divers years ago he was hired and lived as a hired Servt
by the Year at Certain Wages by & with one Green who
then kept the Red Lyon Alehouse in Nightingale Lane
in the Parish of St Botolph without Aldgate in the Sd
County and Continued in Such Service under hiring
for the Space of a year That the has not Since lived as a
hired Servant for a year elsewhere or rented a house or
Lodging of the Yearly Rent or Value of Ten Pounds
or Served any Parish office or Paid any Poors Rates
or Kings Taxes or done any Act to gain a Subsequent
Settlement That he hath a wife named Susannah< no role >
to whom he was lawfully Married
