Thomas Parton< no role > maketh oath that
divers years ago he was hired & lived as a hired Servant by
& with Mr Wyatt Attorney at Law in the Parish of Saint
Swithin at London Stone in the City of London and
Continued in such Service under Such hiring at
Certain Wages for the Space of fifteen Months That
he has not Since lived as a hired Servant for the Space
of a year elsewhere or rented a house of ten Pounds
a year or upwards or Served any Parish office or
Paid any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes or done any
Act to gain a Subsequent Settlement That he
hath a wife named Charlotte< no role > & two Children
namely William< no role > Aged about Seven Years and
Elizabeth< no role > Aged about three years the lawful Issue
of this Depont by his Sd Wife to whom he was lawfully married
