Years ago he lived in & rented a house in Mandlins Rents
in the Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate in
the Said County at the Yearly Rent of nine pounds
& during Such his Residence therein which was for
many Years he was Charged to & paid Kings Taxes
for the Same That he has not Since rented a house of
Ten Pounds a year or upwards or Served any Parish
office or paid any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes or
done any Act to gain a Settlement elsewhere
