The Voluntary Examination of Mercy
Holloway
< no role > of the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate in the said County Single woman Laken on oath
before me Burf Camper< no role > Esqr . one of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace in and for the Said County this 11th.
day of July 1775 - Who Saith That on the eighteenth
day of June last past in the Work House of the said parish
of Saint Botolph without Aldgate she was delivered of a Male
Bastard Child Which hath been Since baptised & registred by
the name of Thomas Holloway< no role > & that the said Bastard
Child is become Chargeable to the said Parish and that Thomas
Boddy
< no role > now or late of Half Moon Alley in the parish of Saint
Botolph without Bishops gate London Butcher is the Father of the
Sd. Child.
