Anna Maria Peele< no role > widow maketh oath that
she is well Acquainted with one Mary Hays< no role > a Singlewoman now
resident in the Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate in the
County of Middlesex who is now Sick & Cant attend to be examined
with respect to her place of Settlement And this Deponent Saith
that sometime ago the said Mary Hays< no role > was hired & lived as a hired
Servant by the year at certain yearly Wages by & with one
Mr Colepepper in Saint Mary [..] the Parish of Saint Helen near
Bishopsgate in the City of London & Continued in Such Service for
the Space of Two years & upwards & by means thereof as this Depont
is advised She the said [..] Mary Hays gained a legal Settlement
there and this Depont Saith that to her knowledge or belief the
said Mary Hays< no role > hath not Since done any Act to gain a
Subsequent Settlement.
