Robert Weatherspoon< no role > Maketh oath That he
Cohabited for Several Years with one Margaret Weatherspoon< no role > Since
deced as if they had been Man & Wife although in truth they never
were Married to each other nor was the Said Margaret Weatherspoon< no role >
during Such Cohabitation to this Depont. Knowledge or belief the
Wife of any other Person And this Depont. Saith that during Such
Cohabitation of aforesaid She the said Margaret Weatherspoon< no role >
was delivered of four Children to wit Ann Weatherspoon< no role > Aged
about thirteen Years born in White horse Court in the Parish of
St Mary Whitechappel in the County of Middx & Baptized and
registred in the Same Parish Robert Weatherspoon< no role > Aged
about ten years born in Queen Street in the Parish of St. Botolph
without Aldgate in the Said County & there Baptized and
registred in Aldgate Church James Weatherspoon< no role > Aged about Seven years born
in the Same Parish & there Baptized and registred in the Sd Church and Guy
Weatherspoon
< no role > Aged about Six Years born in the Same Parish
and Baptized and registred in the Said Church all which Said
Children are Bastards and illegitimate as this Deponent is
advised and apprehends and have not nor hath eithr of them done
any Act to gain a Settlement in their or any or eithr of their own
right.
