Mary Kingon< no role > Widow of James Kigon< no role > deced
Maketh oath that her sd. husband has informed
her that he lived as a hired servant by the year with
one Mr Green a Farmer in the parish of Chigwell
in the County of Essex and Continued in such service
for above the space of a Year and by Means thereof
gained a legal settlement there And that he was
never afterwards a hired servant by the Year nor
Rented a house of Ten pounds a Year or upwards nor
served any Parish offices nor did any Act to Acquire
a settlement subsequent to his servitude as abovesaid
to the knowledge information or belief of this Deponent
And this Deponent saith that she hath not since
her sd. husbands Death gained any subsequent
settlement

February 1756 before us
