oath that her father who is now deced often
informed her that he was born in Swallow
Street in the parish of Saint James Westminster
in the County of Middx wch this Depont.
believes to be true And that she this Depont.
was as she has been informed believes
born in the Workhouse of the said parish
And that she was bound out an apprentice
to Mrs. Mary Jackson< no role > a parish Nurse of the sd
parish by the sd. parish with whom she
lived three Months & then went away from
her said Mistress & yr. she never was turn'd
over nor ever been a hired servent by the
year or gained any other Subsequent
Settlement to her knowledge or belief
