Joseph Stringer< no role > of ye Parish of St. John
Wapping in the County of Middx Carpenter
with whom he lived in the sd. Parish of
Wapping about three Years of his sd
Apprenticeship & then his sd. Master
removed into Barnaby Street in the
Parish of St. Mary Magdalen Bermondsey
in ye County of Surry In which last Mencond. Parish this Depts. sd husband
Served his sd. Master the residue of his sd.
apprenticeship And by Means thereof
gained a legal Settlemt. And this Depont.
Saith that her sd. husband to the knowledge
or belief of her this Dept. Never rented
a House of Ten Pounds by the Year nor
Served any Parish offices Nor gained any
Subsequent Settlemt. to the knowledge
or belief of her this Dept. And Saith
