he gained any Subsequent Settlement.

maketh oath that her sd. late husband as this Deponent
has been informed & believes was born in Ireland but the
particular place of his birth this Depont. Can in nowise
setforth And this Depont. has been often informed by
her Mother that She this Depont. was born in the parish
of Dagenham in the County of Essex And that by means
of such her birth She acquired a legal Settlemt. in the sd.
parish of Dagenham And this Depont. saith that she
was never a hired Servant by the year or ever Served any
apprenticeship or Did any act to acquire any Settlemt
since her birth to the knowledge or belief of this Depont.
(her marriage excepted) And this Depont. doth not know nor believe thather sd late
Husband ever acquired any legal Settlemt. in England Nor doth
she know nor was ever informed that he ever Acquired any
Settlemt. in Ireland except in right of his birth & where he was
born in Ireland this Depont. can't Setforth
