this Twenty first day of December
in the year of our Lord one thousand
seven hundred and ninety seven

Who saith that on or about the tenth day
of January in the year of our Lord one thousand
seven hundred and ninety at the house of Mr.
George No.1 Butler's Buildings in the Parish
of Saint Botolph without Aldgate in the County
of Middlesex she was delivered of a Male
Bastard Child since baptised by the name of
Thomas< no role > And that Thomas Hawkes< no role > now
or late Gardiner to Mr. Barnard of Richmond
in the County of Surrey is the Father of
the said Bastard Child
