Middlesex,

to wit, Matilda Kelly< no role > , Widow , Maketh
Oath and Saith, that she has heard and
believes that she was born in a House in
Little Burr Street , in the Parish of Saint
Botolph Aldgate , Middlesex , which her
Father George Duncan< no role > rented and lived in
many years, and for which he paid Poor's
Rates as this Deponent believes, and did
not afterwards gain a subsequent Settlement
in any other place, and that he died in Little
Burr Street aforesaid, that she lived with her
father as part of his Family for many Years,
and never gained a Settlement in her own
right, that she was lawfully married to John
Kelly
< no role > , as Irishman and a Mariner , at the
Parish Church of Saint John Wapping in the
County of Middlesex , and that her said
husband never did any Act to gain a
Settlement in England
