Sarah Patrick< no role > the Widow of Jas. Patrick< no role >
maketh Oath that she was lawfully Married to
her said late Husband on or about the Tenth
Day of September 1758 at Portze in the County
of Southampton that her said Husband has
informed her and which she believes to be
true that he was duly bound Apprentice
by Indenture to Mr . John Nethercote< no role > of
Nightingale Lane in the Parish of St. Botolph
without Aldgate in the County of Middlesex
Baker and served his said Apprenticeship
with his said Master there except the last
Six Months when he went on Board a
Man of War , for which time his Master
received his Wages, that her said Husband
has not since such his Apprenticeship lived
in and Rented any House or Lodging of the
Yearly Rent or Value of Ten Pounds a Year
or paid any Poors Rate or Kings Tax or
done any Act to her knowledge or belief
to gain a Subsequent Settlement nor has
she since her said Husbands Death done
any Act to gain a Settlement in her own
right that she has Two Children living
Namely Elizh< no role > . aged about Seventeen Years and
James< no role > aged about Twelve Years the lawful
Issue of her said Husband who have not
done any Act to gain a Settlemt. for themselves
