Vestryman of the Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate in the County Tower of London
Middlesex having in pursuance of a Warrant under the hands [..] }

Majesty's Justice of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex and [..]
of the Tower of London and according to the Custom of the said Parish
convened and met together for the purpose of auditing the account

the said Parish for the year 1801 Do hereby declare and certify to

examined and perused the said Accounts and do find by the [..]

a balance due to the Parish now in the hands of the said John [..]
