At a Vestry of the Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate in the City of London held in the
Committee Room at the Workhouse belonging to the said Parish the foregoing Accounts of
Mr. James Elisha< no role > Upper Churchwarden of the said Parish for the Year one thousand seven
hundred and ninety eight were examined and audited And it thereby appears that he has
received the Sum of Three thousand and forty pounds thirteen shillings and seven pence
and paid and disbursed the Sum of three thousand and eighty five pounds and eight pence
farthing so that the remains due to him from the Parish to Ballance the Sum of forty four
pounds seven shillings and one penny farthing.
