sett two of her Majestyes of the peace of the
County of Middx And Inhabiting in the Tower
Division (Quor Unns) have seene veiwed and Inspected
the Accots. of Mr Jacob Atkinson< no role > Late Churchwarden
of the Liberty of East Smithfeild in the parish of
St. Buttolphs without Aldgate in the said County
And Doe allow and then he the same is Just & true
And there is due to the Ballance the sume of
one hundred fifty seven pounds foure Shillings
and one farthing to the Liberty Given under our hands
and seales the 24 day of July 1713
