Whereas in pursucance of a Warrant from us two of her
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlx (Quor Vnus)
to diverse of the Principall Inhabitants of the Liberty of East Smithfeild
In the Parish of St. Buttolph Aldgate in the County of Middlx
aforesaid, directed. Thereby authorizeing a Certain Number of them
to veiw peruse & examine the Accounts of Mr Thomas Cooke< no role > Cate
Churchwarden of the Said Parish, The Said Inhabitants have mett
togeather & examined the said Accounts in this book & Report
that the said Churchwarden, hath disburst for the use of the
Poor of the Said Parish the Sume of Ninety Nine pounds five
Shillings & Nine pence, more than he hath received, Therefore
Wee whose Names are Subscribed, Two of her Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the Said County (quorn unus) Do allow of & approve
the Accounts made up as aforesaid Given under our hands & Seals
this 21st. day of May. Anno Dom. 1705 .
