Pursuant to a Warrant under the hands and Seales of
Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace dated
July: the 17th: 1699

Wee Under written have Carefully Perused the Accompt
of Mr: William Topping< no role > late Church warden for: the
Liberty of East smithfeild in the Parish of St: Buttolph
without Aldgate For: the Yeare 1698 and Wee find that
hee has disbursed and expended to the Poore & to other
Necessaries for the Said libertyŁ446:17s:6d
And that hee has received For: The liberty439:09:7
Soe That there is due To: Mr: Topping007:07:10

Wee whose Names are Subscribed Two of his Maties Justices
of the Peace of the County of Middx (Quor Un) inhabiting near
the liberty of Eastsmithfeild in the parish of St: Buttolphs wdout
Aldgate in ye: sd: County Doe allow off approve & confirme the
Accompts of Mr: William Topping< no role > late Upper Churchwarden
of the said Liberty for the Yeare 1698, as they are Stated and made
up above in this Page Whereby; itt appeares that the Said
William Topping< no role > hath Disbursed more than hee hath recd
for: the Use of the Poore there; The Sume of Seaven pounds
Seaven Shillings and Ten Pence Given under our hands and
Seales the Twenty fifth day of July Anno Dom: 1699
