Mr Alderman Clark and, having just been inspecting the<lb></lb>
present condition of the Old Sewer under his own premises,<lb></lb>
which the Workmen are now filling up he cannot but<lb></lb>
wish, both as a <rs type="occupation" id="BBBRMG20210_occ3305">Governor</rs>

and a <rs type="occupation" id="BBBRMG20210_occ3306">Tenant</rs>

, that the Hospital<lb></lb>
Surveyor should be directed immediately to examine into its<lb></lb>
situation and stability, and to report to the Treasurer<lb></lb>
without loss of time, whether any and what precautions<lb></lb>
ought to be taken, (as well as by whom) before it be too late<lb></lb>
for the security of the Hospital Estates;which in the<lb></lb>
Opinion of experienced persons will be exposed to great<lb></lb>
hazard that might now be easily prevented:And it<lb></lb>
any thing arises which Mr Clark may think requires the<lb></lb>
opinion of the Court Mr W ventures to suggest that it<lb></lb>
might be highly prudent for him to request Mr Wright would<lb></lb>
suspend filling up that part of the Sewer till the sense of<lb></lb>
the Governors has been taken</p>

Report, that from Dr Sherson's House in New Bridge<lb></lb>
Street to William Street, we find the said Sewer nearly<lb></lb>
filled up with rubbish only; and we are informed that it</p>
