<p n="2066">The Minutes of the Prison Committee were read and confirmed<lb></lb>
whereby it appeared.</p>
<p n="2067">That a proposal had been made on behalf of the Assignees of Mr.<lb></lb>
Snuggs the Contractor for constructing the Mens Prison and Mr.<lb></lb>
Biggs and Mr Sarjeant his Sureties that in order to put an end to<lb></lb>
the Action commenced against them Mr. Biggs should on or before the<lb></lb>
2d of May next pay £100 together with the Costs of the Action and<lb></lb>
that the Hospital should receive a dividend on the Sum of £100 from</p>
