<p n="1446">That the Committee had Ordered the Surveyor to prepare a plan<lb></lb>
for converting the Buildings on the South West side of the Womens<lb></lb>
Prison into a Prison for the men And that the necessary Repairs<lb></lb>
should be done to the House adjoining the Womens Prison for the<lb></lb>
residence of the Porter.</p>

having been Guilty of Gross misconduct and neglect should be reprimanded<lb></lb>
by the President which was done accordingly And the Minutes of the Prison<lb></lb>
Committee were then confirmed.</p>
<p n="1448">The Minutes of the Bethlem Committee of the 30th. September last were<lb></lb>
read whereby it appeared</p>
<p n="1449">That the Committee had contracted for Meat Slops and Cloathing<lb></lb>
for the use of the Patients for six months from Michaelmas last.</p>
<p n="1450">That some doubt having arisen as to the construction of the first<lb></lb>
Rule for the admission of patients into Bethlem Hospital Vizt. Whether<lb></lb>
"the expence of the security Bonds should be paid by the friends of the<lb></lb>
"Patients or by the Hospital The Committee had Resolved that the construction<lb></lb>
of the said Rule should be submitted to the decision of the next General<lb></lb>
Court.</p>

of all Patients into Bethlem Hospital should in future be paid by there<lb></lb>
Friends of the Patient.</p>
