<p n="3743">Continued Monday 29th. May 1775</p>
<p n="3744">Committee of Auditors</p>
<p n="3745">That the Clerk do Annually Summon the Committee of Auditors<lb></lb>
to meet on some day in the first Week in April and then lay before<lb></lb>
them the Accounts of these Hospitals to the Christmas preceding and<lb></lb>
that this Committee do meet at least three times in each Week till they<lb></lb>
have gone through the said Accounts.</p>
<p n="3746">That no Member of this Committee shall be on any other Committee<lb></lb>
(except the Prison Committee) at the same Time</p>
<p n="3747">House or Bridewell Committee</p>
<p n="3748">That this Committee consist of Twenty four governors (as usual)<lb></lb>
of whom half to go off Annually (as usual) and to be replaced in the<lb></lb>
like manner as the Committee of Auditors; and that this be an open<lb></lb>
Committee and all that come to have Voices But the governors at<lb></lb>
large not to be Summoned</p>
<p n="3749">Bethlem Committee</p>
<p n="3750">That this Committee consist of Forty two governors (as usual) of<lb></lb>
whom half to go off Annually and be replaced in the usual Manner<lb></lb>
and that this be an Open Committee, and all that come to have Voices</p>
<p n="3751">Prison Committee</p>
<p n="3752">That a Perpetual Prison Committee be Instituted, consisting of<lb></lb>
Eight governors besides the President and treasurer whereof three to be<lb></lb>
a Quorum to be Elected at the same time and in the same manner as<lb></lb>
other Committees Four of this Committee to go off Annually by<lb></lb>
Relation and be Replaced inlike manner as the Committee of<lb></lb>
Auditors.</p>
<p n="3753">That this Committee have Power to inspect the Prisons and to<lb></lb>
direct every thing relating to them and to the Prisoners and report<lb></lb>
their Proceedings from time to time to the General Courts.</p>
<p n="3754">Estates and their Management</p>
<p n="3755">That the Surveyor do proceed to execute the Works proposed in the<lb></lb>
Schedule annexed to this Report under the Inspection of the treasurer and<lb></lb>
House Committee for the time being.</p>

That Rentals and particulars of all Estates with the Number of Acres<lb></lb>
Terms of Years for which the same are Let Money in the Funds and Annuities<lb></lb>
be printed and a Copy delivered to each Governor who shall Demand the same these to be<lb></lb>
