as follows Vizt.This Comee are of opinion That the following Rules be established<lb></lb>
for the good Government of the Hospital for Incurable mad Patients.</p>

That the said Hospital be under the direction and Government of the same Monethly Comittee<lb></lb>
and in the Same manner as is the Hospital for Curables.</p>

<lb></lb>
That the Same Officers and Servants do respectively attend and at the same time take Care of the <lb></lb>
Said Hospital, but more Servants may be added by the Comittee when found necessary.</p>

That the same Diet be provided. for all the Patients and the time of giving it be the Same as <lb></lb>
well as of rising, airing, and going to bed.</p>

That the Patients judgd incurable are not to be in Course of Physick, yet if accidental<lb></lb>
Distempers arise, Medicines to be allow'd accordingly and if such a Change Shod. happen in their<lb></lb>
Madness as night give hopes of a Recovery, Medicines of any Kind as the Phisician shall<lb></lb>
think proper may be administred to improve Such an Opportunity.</p>

That no Patients be admitted into this Hospital but such as by Tryals in the Hospital of <lb></lb>
Bethlem and in the Opinion of the Comittee appear upon examination to be incurable used<lb></lb>
mischievous and imgoveruable</p>

that no Mopes be admitted</p>

That Security be given for all Patients before admission to pay Seven Shillings P Week<lb></lb>
for oath Patient towards their Maintenance and Physick and also to take them out of the <lb></lb>
Hospital when required by the Comittee, which may be necessary, to make Room for Greater<lb></lb>
Objects or to remove Mopes or those that recover the use of their reason (which Sometimes<lb></lb>
happens to these deemd Incurables) or those who may be intitled to any Estate or maty Sufficient<lb></lb>
to maintain them else where, in all which Cases they are no longer proper Objects of this Charity<lb></lb>
All which is nevertheless submitted to the Judgmt. of this CourtThis Court<lb></lb>
having maturely weighd. and considerd the said Cheport doth Approve and Confirm<lb></lb>
the same with this alteration That the Same of 7s. P Week in the Seventh Paragraph be <lb></lb>
made 5s. P Week.</p>

It is Ordered that the said Phillip Gills resignation be accepted .</p>
