Front houses in four yeares (from the date of the said Order) according<lb></lb>

inclined to build the prmisses into another forme then the said<lb></lb>

the meane time only pulled downe and new made the Front of<lb></lb>
the Bakers house but not built the same according to the second<lb></lb>
rate of Building nor set it back as she ought by her agreemt to<lb></lb>
have done and she alleadging she did not rightly apprehend the<lb></lb>
Agreement she had made or that she was thereby oblidged to<lb></lb>
rebuild and sett back the premisses within the time and in the<lb></lb>
manner before set forth therefore the said Lease hath not been<lb></lb>
pfected and delivered to her Whereupon the said Mrs. Finch hath<lb></lb>
several times attended the Comee of this House and desired that<lb></lb>
she might have liberty to rebuild the said premisses at any time<lb></lb>
before the Expiracon of the said Terme of four and thirty yeares<lb></lb>
which the Comee did not think reasonable and she this day<lb></lb>
attended this Comee and desired that she might have liberty to<lb></lb>
new build the said Prmisses in the manner be foremenconed at<lb></lb>
any time wth in four yeares now next ensueing and this Comee<lb></lb>
proposed to her that she should Assigne over for the benefitt of the<lb></lb>
