were sworn, in the Room of Mr West, Mr Mawbey, and Mr Wilkinson. The whole Pannel were ordered to attend on that Day, it being probable Mr Waite might except against some of the Jury. Mr West acquainted the Court that he was a Proprietor of Bank-Stock, and therefore thought he was not a proper Person to serve on that Jury; and he was therefore not called.
