, before he was sworn, was very importunate with the Court to be excused, upon Account of Business, but in a Manner disagreeable, so that the Court would not excuse him; the Middlesex Jury coming on first, the London Jury were excused for an Hour. Richard Green went Home, and though one of the Sheriff's Officers went for him, he did not return in Time, so Elisha Cawish was sworn in his Room, and Green was fined Ten Pounds, which was paid in Court.
