Mr. Baron FORTESCUE proceedingsjustice , and others his Majesty's Justices of Oyer and Terminer and Goal-Delivery for the Admiralty aforesaid.

THE Court being sat, Proclamation was made for Silence, and his Majesty's Commission for holding the said Sessions was read; then the Names of the Persons summoned to appear on the Grand Jury being called over, the following Gentlemen were sworn.

Then the Judge gave an excellent and learned Charge to the Grand Jury, after which they retired for a little while, and returning into Court, found a True Bill against Richard Coyle < no role > , John Richardson < no role > , Caleb Larson < no role > , and John Davison < no role > , for Felony and Piracy. As likewise,

A True Bill against Richard Coyle < no role > , John Richardson < no role > , Caleb Larson < no role > , and John Davison < no role > , for Felony and Murder.

Richardson, Larson, and Davison, not being taken, Richard Coyle < no role > was arraigned alone on the two Indictments.
