Devonshire requesting a Certificate from this
Parish acknowledging him, his wife & 6 Children
to be Inhabitants legally settled in this Parish

Whereupon a Motion was made & the Question put
whether the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
grant the said John Tootell< no role > & Family a Certificate
pursuant to His request
