Resolved and agreed that the Second Rate for the
necessary Relief of the Poor of this Parish be after
the Rate of five Pence in the Pound Rents and that
the Vestry Clerk rate the Books accordingly

Ordered that the Vestry Clerk wait
on His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex and City & Liberty of Westminster
to desire them to hold a Petit Session against
the Defaulters on the Poors Rate 1765
