Vestry met pursuant to Notice given in the Church on Sunday
last to appoint Twenty four Persons in this Parish to be Comrs.
for the Purposes mentioned in an Act of Parliament made in
the Twenty third year of his late Majesty King George the
Second Intituled an Act for the more easy & speedy
recovery of small Debts within the City and Liberty of
Westminster
and that part of the Dutchy of Lancaster
which Adjoineth thereto And also to appoint Twenty
four persons in this Parish to be Governors of the Nightly
Watch and Beadle's for the year Ensuring.
