in then Genl. Quarter Sessions of ye Peace
held for the City & Libty of Westmr.

Momdum That on the 24. day of March last Henry
Wife of Chelsea in the Comity of Middx, Labourer was
brought before me one of his Majs. Justices of
the Peace for the said City and Liberty & charged
Upon the Oath of Edward Vaughan< no role > This name instance is in set 3008. for Prophanly
Swearing 2 times on the said 24 day of March
and Was thereof convicted on the Oath of the
Said Edward Vaughan< no role > and paid two Shillings
for the use of the poor of the Parish of St.
Margt. Westmr. when the said Offense was Comitted
Pursuant to An Act of Parlt. in that case made
and Provided All which I Do hereby Certifie
According to the Direccon of the said Act
Given under my hand this 20th. day of April
1720
