in their Genl. Quarter Sessions of the
Peace held for the City & Libty of Westmr.

Momdum That on the 24 of March last George
Horn of Chelsea Labourer was brought before
me one of his Majt. Justices. of the Peace for
the said City & Liberty & charged Upon the Oath
of Edwd. Vaughan< no role > This name instance is in set 3008. for Prophainly Swearing one
Oath and was then for convicted on the oath of
the said Edward Vaughan< no role > and paid one shilling
for the use of the poor of the parish of St. Margt
Mr. F [..] where the said Offense was Comitted
Pursuant to An Act of Parlt. in that case
made and Provided All which I do hereby
Certifie according to the Direccon of the said
Act Given under my hand this 20th. day of
April 1720.
