Upon the humble Peticon of Matthew Jenkins< no role > Master or Governors
of the House of Correccon at Cuttle Fields in this Libty exhibited unto
this Court thereby Showing that he Cileing of the Dwelling House
Workhouse and Wards belonging to the said House of Correccon is [..]
out of repair and is adjudged by Workmen to be very dangerous and
it rains through the said Cileing in Several places to the damage of the
peticoners Goods and the praying that this Court would give such direccon
for repairing of the same as should be thought reasonable Whereupon
It is thought fit and ordered that it be and it is hereby recemended and
referred to William Cowper< no role > , Thomas Railton< no role > , Thomas Colthurst< no role > , John
Leacroft, Samuel Paul< no role > , Nathaniel Blackerby< no role > , Gustavus Sheldon< no role >
Esqr and the rest of the Justices of the peace for this Libty inhabiting
in the Parish of St, Margaret Westmr. in the said Libty or any three of
them and they are hereby desired to view the said House of Correcon
and to take an account what [..]
about the same and to make an estimate of the charge of such repair
and to report a state thereof to this Court at the next Adjournment of
this present Sessions being Friday the tenth day of June next at ten
of the Clock in the forenoon to the end such further Order may be
made therein as shall be thought fit.
