consideration and being of Opinion that the said Petition contains a
charge against Ralph Hodgson< no role > This name instance is in set 3684. Esquire one of the Justices of Peace
for this County of misconduct in his Office proceeded to Inquire into
the Truth of the Allegations and for that purpose examined Burford
Camper
< no role > James Marsden< no role > and William Harding< no role > upon Oath touching
the same whose Evidence affording a sufficient ground for the retaining
the said Petition It is resolved and ordered by this Court that the
Clerk of the Peace of this County do write a Letter to the said Ralph
Hodgson to desire him to be present on the County day of the next
session to answer the matters charged upon him and to vindicate his
conduct and that the Petitioners do Attend the Court at the same
time to be further heard touching the matters of the said Petition
and to receive the answer of the Court thereon
