Most humbly Sheweth,
That your Petitioner has been confined 13
monthshas paid the fine he was Sentenced to
Paythe Keeper of the Prison
has got his discharge,
And his Sureties are ready to answer the Sum they
are to be bound for.
Therefore your Petitioner humbly
Prays, that your Worships would be Pleased to order
your Petitioner to be brought into Court to be bailed,
and receive his discharge. And your Petitioner
Faithfully promises not to offend again in like
manner for the future.
And your Petitioner shall ever pray Etc.
