To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middx in General Sessions assembled
The humble Petition of Isaac Seedsman< no role >

Sheweth.


That your Petitioner by Indenture dated on or about the
twenty fourth day of July One thousand seven hundred and Sixty
was bound Apprentice to Thomas Pike< no role > of Wych Street in the
Parish of St. Clement Danes in the County of Middx Carpenter for the
Term of seven Years to learn his Art and Mistery

That the said Thomas Pike< no role > hath divers and sundry times cruelly
beat and bruised your Petitioner, our Sprained your Petitioners
left [..] wrist very violently by striking him with a large Piece of wood
upon the same and ours pulled your Petitioner violently down by the
Hair of his Head against a Bedstead Which nut the same very Ferribly
That on the twenty ninth day of March Last the said Thomas Pike< no role >
struck your Petitioner with an Iron Square on the right Side of his
Head and Wounded him thereon and at the same time sprained leg
Thumb so that he was Obliged to be under the Care of a Surgeon
sometime for Cure

Yor. Petitioner therefore Most humbly Prays
that your Worships will be Pleased to
discharge your Petitioner from his
Apprenticeship to the said Thomas Pike< no role >

And your Petitioner shall ever Pray Etc
