The Humble Petition of James Braybrook< no role > This name instance is in set 3582. .

Humbly Sheweth


That your Worships Petitioner
being Sentenced by this Court in a fine of Fifty
Pounds and Six months Imprisonment, and your
Petitioner's Time being now Expired but not being able
to Discharge himself by Reason of the great fine Laid
upon him, Your Worships Petitioner humbly Prays your
Worships will grant him Leave to Draw his Recognizances
this Sessions. Humbly Hoping Your Worships will not
order them to be Estreated as it will be the Utter Ruin of
him, he having been Seven months Allready in Confinement
Therefore Humbly Praying you Worships will Take
his Unfortunate Case into Consideration Your Worships
Petitioner as in duty Bound will Ever Pray Etc:
